Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping 

We ship all our merchandise from Edmonton, Alberta.  Unless there is an on-going promotion, Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, we provide tracking numbers on Shipping confirmation emails.

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $200 within Edmonton, Alberta. For orders under $200, we charge $10 for local delivery.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1732 53 street SW, Edmonton, Alberta.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA and Philippines.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

For cross-border shipping to the United States we use Canada Post with delivery standard of 7 - 14 Business Days, we provide tracking numbers on Shipping confirmation emails.

 For intercontinental shipping to the Philippines, we use LBC with delivery standard of 10-21 days.  We offer a flat rate of $40 per item if purchase is being shipped from Canada.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Alta Lavrenti is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@altalavrenti.com.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
